A: In-Stock Items: Ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Collections: Ship on the estimated date listed on each product page (timelines may vary slightly due to production).
International orders typically take 1–4 weeks, depending on customs and location.

A: Because Rogue Mode collections are produced in limited quantities and often made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If a return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, Rogue Mode will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
Q: How do I initiate a return or issue report?

Q: What are “drops” or pre-orders?
A: Drops and pre-orders are limited collections launched in collaboration with creators. Quantities are small and often produced only once. Pre-order pieces ship on the timeline listed for each release.

A: Wash inside-out on a gentle, cold cycle. Air-dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or direct ironing over prints or embroidery.
